Tales from the Scale: Week 9

Down 2.4 for a grand total of 19.8lbs lost.

SO close to my 20lb goal.

And not too far from 10%

Sounds like a pretty good way to say goodbye to my 31st year.
Here's to starting 32 on a good note.
